$20 per month that you ride to work. better than nothing, but not a real incentive for new bikers. I'd rather have my $2,000 back from the b(w)ankers. what we really need in the states is federal money and laws forcing towns to move parked cars, recalaim one lane and put in bike paths between the parked cars and the sidewalk, on all 2 lane roads. like in denmark/holland. people would ride if there was the infrastructure. anyone with me? email your mayor!! tell him/her to make your town bike friendly check out copenhaganize.com cheers
